Chapter 3 : The Surprise
1 - When he woke up the next day, the farmer went to the hen and found a golden egg as promised.
2 - He was amazed at this and wondered 🤔 how he could spend his money.
3 - He didn’t want to save it.
4 - He wanted to be popular among the villagers so he went to the nearest pub and ordered the best meals and drinks for everyone.
5 - The bartender knew the farmer was poor and wondered 🤔 how he would pay for everything but after seeing the golden egg, he brought everything the farmer wanted – sweet potatoes with beef 🥩, dozens of bottles of wine , and gallons of beer .
6 - After finishing his own meal the farmer paid the bartender who was delighted 🤗 to get a golden egg.
